The Olympics have begun and that means that the Ravellenics are well on their way.

Instead of cast on a project for the Ravellenics, * I seriously have enough to get through as it is* I’ve decided to work my way through a couple of WIP’s during these two weeks.
I still have my chalkstone test to finish as well so I didn’t want to take on more than I could handle.
I’m pulling out my mum’s Farrah sweater for the games and plan to finish this one up.
My poor mum has waited long enough for it as it is.

It’s knitting up quickly and 2 weeks should be plenty of time to finish this one up.
Are you joining the Ravellenics?
What do you have planned?
I’m trying to knit up Mythos. After a few hiccups, it’s going well.
WIP wrestling is a very noble sport!
I’m joining, but haven’t done anything yet…a friend’s mom passed away on Monday and I’ve been helping her out this past week…I’m planning on socks and some WIPs…
Yes I am! I’m doing a test knit for a friend! I’ve always wanted to do that! I like testing (I’m a computer scientist!) It’s going to be beautiful! We have to be disciplined though, don’t we?
“Farah” sweater??? As in Farah Fawcett? You look seriously kicked back on a nice summer day. May your every stitch bring you closer to the record !
Knitting away on Inamorata from Knitty – not on an official team this time around – but the unofficial team of my LYS, but have blogged about it here.http://willowcaroline.wordpress.com/
I’m working on an eternity scarf and I might just scrape through to the finish (406 sts every round, gulp!)
